TESTIMONIALS

Brian Azemika fought for me when others thought my case was a lost cause. Brian Azemika took over my case with only a few weeks to prepare prior to trial. His knowledge and expertise showed in how he prepared me for my testimony at trial. He also had a great presence in the courtroom and really connected with the jury during the entire trial. He did such a great job in the eyes of the jury that many of them approached him after the trial and asked him for his business card. Thanks to Mr. Azemika, the jury returned a verdict for $400,000.00, which was amazing since the settlement offer from the insurance company was for only $45,000.00 on the first day of trial. I am so glad that Brian Azemika was my trial attorney.

I was rear ended in 2014. My case was slightly more complex because there was a workers comp element also involved. Despite being an attorney myself, I knew that dealing with a personal injury case was beyond my capability. Brian was hugely helpful to me from the get go. He explained the process to me thoroughly through each step. He found and scheduled appointments with the appropriate doctors. Brian was always available to answer my questions and keep me updated. Even though my injuries were relatively minor, Brian still treated my case like it was as important to him as his more complex cases. I would (and have) recommend Brian to anyone who is injured who needs a knowledgeable and as important, compassionate attorney.

Brian was so incredibly helpful throughout the entire experience I had of dealing with two separate care accidents. I was kept informed at all times and he was extremely kind and compassionate through everything. I highly recommend Brian Azemika!

Celeste

I was referred to Mr Azemika by my friend who did have a motorcycle accident. My case was different. My hospital bed was too high, and even with a nurse help I fell and seriously twisted my ankle. Painful experience, I was not able to work for some time. My free consultation was on Saturday (exception). He really cares.

Brian is terrific! He helped my parents reach a super nice settlement with the at-fault party’s insurance and with my parents’ insurance. My parents were extremely grateful to have someone on their side helping them with their case. I highly recommend Brian to all my friends and family
